Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter S. Nkanu Onnoghen and a Nigeria’s former High Commissioner to the United Kingdom, Dr Christopher Kolade along with other prominent Nigerians will on November honour over 200 Senior Advocates of Nigeria in a dinner lecture.
While Osinbajo would wear a tag of distinguished guest of honour, CJN as special guest of honour, Kolade would deliver the dinner lecture.
Paul Usoro, in an exclusive chat with New Telegraph said the Body would also seize the occasion to welcome new members of the Body who were conferred with the coveted rank of the Senior Advocates of Nigeria.
According to him, no fewer than 200 Senior Advocates of Nigeria under the aegis of Body of Senior Advocates of Nigeria would throng Lagos for the special event.
He said the dinner would on November 11 at Intercontinental Hotel, VI, Lagos.
Usoro said: “This would be the maiden event of what promises to be an annual welcome. It’s also planned to welcome recently preferred SANs into the association. All SANs are expected with their spouses.
Distinguished Guest of Honor will be VP Osinbajo, GCON SAN and the Special Guest of Honor will be the CJN. Dinner Lecture will be delivered by Dr Christopher Kolade, CON, former Nigerian High Commissioner to the United Kingdom. It promises to be an annual event.”
